Cat Wright

Wright Bodyworks

Cat Wright is a Remedial Massage Therapist, Myotherapist, Breathwork facilitator and holistic wellness practitioner with over ten years of experience working with the human body in all its complexity.

What began as a deep curiosity about health and healing has grown into a multi-modality practice built on one core belief: that the body already knows how to heal — it simply needs the right conditions and the right support to do so.

Over the years, Cat has woven together an approach that bridges the physical and the emotional — from the hands-on precision of remedial massage and myotherapy, to the deeply somatic work of KaHuna bodywork and down-regulation breathwork. Her practice, Wright Bodyworks, is a space where functional recovery and nervous system restoration sit side by side, where restoring a shoulder and restoring a sense of self are considered equally important.

Cat works primarily with women who have been carrying it all for too long — the ones who give endlessly and rarely stop to ask what they need. Her sessions offer something increasingly rare: a space to put the weight down, be genuinely held, and remember what it feels like to be cared for.

Whether she’s working to restore physical mobility, regulate the nervous system, or guide someone back into their body after years of disconnection, Cat brings the same quiet presence — warm, skilled, and wholly committed to the person in front of her.

Gentle Breathwork

@ ARISE! Festival

THIS IS A TICKETED ACTIVITY - YOUR CONTRIBUTION $10

A 45–60 minute guided breathwork experience where you will be gently led through a series of down-regulation breath techniques designed to quiet the nervous system, soften the grip of the inner critic, and create space for something that can feel surprisingly unfamiliar: stillness. Ease. A sense of coming home to yourself.

No experience is needed. No performance is required. You don’t need to arrive calm — you just need to arrive. The breath will do the rest.

What you might take away from this session:

∙ A nervous system that has genuinely rested, not just paused

∙ A quieter mind and a softer relationship with your own inner voice

∙ A felt sense of lightness — in the body, in the chest, in the way you hold yourself

∙ A deeper connection to yourself and a renewed sense of self-compassion

∙ Simple breath tools you can return to anytime the weight starts to build again

This session is for you if you have been strong for a long time and are ready — even just for an hour — to let someone else hold the space.

You are allowed to be held. You are allowed to rest. You are allowed to take up space with nothing to offer but your breath.

Come as you are. Leave lighter.
